Release Instructor Certificate for Jelly bakers.

We would like to announce about Instructor Certificate approved by Hoang Yen Food Company (ROVIN) :

The Instructor certificates will be launched and approved twice a year in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, ect. The certificate needs to be renewed every two year.

Thom Bui from Australia and Cathryn Wee (Cuppela) from Singapore have been accredited and received the Instructor certificates. We are announcing to all jelly cake makers that we will commence the issue of these certificates in the beginning of 2019.
